Despite a difficult and rainy season for straw material production, strong teamwork enabled us to produce 15,000 straw bundles—a testament to our team’s dedication and resilience.

The straw cleaning process was particularly time-consuming, but we completed it by the end of September.

In October, we thatched a new straw roof at the museum in Askhult.

Just outside the town of Uddevalla, the historic Yttra Berg farm also received a brand-new thatched straw roof.

Additionally, we carried out repair work around the chimney and installed a new ridge cap made from premium rye straw.

These projects highlight our expertise in traditional thatching craftsmanship, even under tough weather conditions. We’re proud to preserve cultural heritage—one roof at a time.

Stay tuned for more updates! 🌾
