Watermill renovation

Between the roof projects it was done some renovation work to the very old watermill, which is situated in Unnaryd. Actually its name is Brunnsbaka sawmill and its built on the small river which runs it.

It is made for sawing boards from the logs, grind grains and plan shingles for the roofs. And it works!

Were rebuilt water locks and repaired , adjusted things round mechanisms to run it a few times in the summer.

It was Sten Nilsson project and it was helpful to learn something new. All parts and materials were made of oak. Large gear teeth that drive grinding was made from beech.
